We are situated in <A HREF="training.html">various locations</A> in the Newcastle & Northumberland
area, including Forest Hall, Benton, Ponteland and Morpeth.<p>
A modern friendly approach to coaching is applied by the Instructor Team
which is headed up by Chief Instructor Mr Jim Connolly (3rd Dan), who has
20 years experience in Martial Arts.<br>
